Sleep training – an update

It has been nine nights since my last sleep training report, so here’s an update on where we are now…

…..and where we are over the finish line. Nine nights on and we’ve never been properly awake before 6am. The earliest we’ve started the day is 6.20am, 6.30am is more usual, we’ve even hit 6.45am on occasion (early in a pre-baby world, but positively civilized now). This is despite some virus making the rounds of the Multifamily.

So, success! Those difficult nights of sleep training have paid off. It’s hard, but worth it, for both parents and babies – they are so much happier when they are well-rested. Finally, finally, I can say that I have two babies who sleep through the night.
