As promised in my post earlier this week, here’s my report card for this week’s exercise:
Goal: power walk for 30 minutes four times a week
Monday: no exercise
Tuesday: no exercise
Wednesday: and so we begin! 30 minutes power walk
Thursday: 30 minutes gentle Pilates
Friday: no exercise
Saturday: 30 minutes power walking with double stroller. Struggled a bit.
Sunday: 1.5 hours gentle hike with single stroller. Ouch ouch ouch. At the time I was ok but today my calves are not happy!
Grade: B+ Good effort, but need to up the cardio and strengthen that body!
