This week I have indeed met my goal of doing four bouts of exercise…but this was all within three days. Oops. Feeling better than last week though, possibly due to more sleep?
Monday: no exercise
Tuesday: 40 minutes Pilates, 25 minutes walking (notice what I did there, 2 bouts in one day…does that really count?)
Wednesday: no exercise
Thursday: 30 minutes walking. Weigh-in showed I lost another pound, yay!
Friday – Sunday: no exercise, despite planning a hike (weather atrocious, couldn’t justify taking the children out in that).
This week’s goal: try to spread out the exercise (did 30 minutes of walking today, so hopefully on the right track…) and remember sleep is important!
