Exercise Report Card 13: In the Battlezone

If last week was about a pre-emptive strike, this week has been in the battlezone of meals out and Easter holidays.

So how did I fare fitness-wise?

Monday, Friday: 30 minutes cross-trainer

Tuesday: 40 minutes Pilates

Sunday: 30 minutes walking.

Got my four sessions in, just. And I am pleased both with getting into the gym twice and a surprise weigh-in on Thursday – which showed a loss of another pound!

But it’ll be next week’s report that will really be an account of the costs of this particular battle…
